Do I have to create an account to order something?
You are able to checkout as a guest – which means your information will not be saved for future purchases – or create an account and place an order. If you create an account, you're able to track orders, see your order history and your details, such as address information, will be saved for future purchases.

What if I'm interested in purchasing an item that's sold out?
We restock items that sold out due to high demand. If you would like to be notified in case a sold out product becomes available, please sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page for information and notifications on restocked items.

Where can I purchase a BUOY WEAR gift card?
Currently we do not offer gift cards on WWW.BUOYWEAR.COM.

I am unable to place my order. What should I do?
If an error message keeps occurring in your check out process, there could be a credit card problem or an issue with the billing/shipping address you are trying to use. To fix this error, review the name, address, and credit card info in both your billing and shipping information to be sure it is correct. If the error message keeps reoccurring, please contact us by using the contact form here.

Can I edit/cancel an order I just placed?
Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. We can, however, cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. Order cancellation requests should be sent to us via the contact form here.
Please note that we are not able to cancel an order if it has been shipped already.

Does BUOY WEAR have wholesale pricing or dealer purchasing?
Yes, we do have wholesale pricing for dealers. Please contact us here for further information.



What shipping carrier do you use?
We use USPS for shipping.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the order date (Holidays excluded).

Where do orders originate from?
We ship from our warehouse location in Centralia, WA, USA.

Can I track my order?
Yes, please check your shipping confirmation email for more information.

What should I do if I never received a tracking number for my order?
We email tracking information for your order within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. If you did not receive any tracking information, first check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, please contact us by using the contact form here for assistance.

What should I do if my package never arrived?
Check your order's tracking. If it shows delivered and you don't have it, contact USPS. Make sure it wasn't dropped off at a neighbor's house. If you still are coming up empty, please contact us by using the contact form here. We want to make sure you receive your order.



Can I return a sale item?
Items are not eligible for a refund or an exchange, as such they cannot be returned unless a Return Authorization has been issued by BUOY WEAR.

What does final sale mean?
Items sold on WWW.BUOYWEAR.COM are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or an exchange. If an item is returned to BUOY WEAR without a Return Authorization, the parcel will automatically be refused and Returned to Sender.
