Shipping & Warranty


For all orders worldwide, shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated automatically during checkout. Shipping costs start as low as $1.99, depending on the weight of the order.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the order date (Holidays excluded).

Delivery within the USA typically takes 1-8 days, depending on the shipping option selected during checkout.

​International delivery typically takes 14-20 days, but can take up to 30 days or more due to customs. International customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping. Customs duties and taxes can vary, so please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.

We will do what we can to make you a happy owner of your BUOY WEAR product(s). Our return policy is on a per basis issue. If you have any problems with your BUOY product(s), please contact us here regarding the specific problem and note all issues in your message regarding why you would like to return the item(s) and receive a refund. Only returns using an RA (Return Authorization) issued by BUOY WEAR will be accepted. We love our BUOY WEAR accessories and we want you to love them too! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will do what we can to make you a happy owner of our products.
All accepted RAs must be returned to the BUOY WEAR HQ in the original BUOY WEAR box or a box of similar size so that the merchandise arrives undamaged, appears 100% unused, and include the UPC tags. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to a return.
